Logistics North’s development of 4m sq. ft of employment space is split into two discrete phases – Phase 1 and Phase 2.

After securing a £10m loan from the Greater Manchester Infrastructure Fund (GMIF) in 2014, Harworth Group and their contractors have undertaken infrastructure works to open up all development plots.

Harworth Group and the scheme’s appointed agents continue to invite interest in Phase 1’s remaining plots on a leasehold basis, with plots available that can accommodate units from 10,000 sq. ft to 300,000 sq. ft remaining.  This includes one of the M&G units –  Logistics 175 – which is available to let now.

Phase 2 is now being developed. This Phase includes ‘Multiply’ offering units between 19,000 to 149,000 sq. ft.
