Infrastructure works serving both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the scheme have completed, which opened up development parcels across the entirety of the site. Aldi (650,000 sq. ft), MBDA (160,000 sq. ft) and Joy Global (76,000 sq. ft) completed construction of their respective units in 2016.

• Further infrastructure and construction works took place in the second half of 2016 to open up the front plots in readiness for an Aldi convenience store, Greene King pub and Costa Coffee drive-thru.
• Work has now completed on Logistics 225 and Logistics 175 (funded by M&G and being delivered by Harworth Group) and First Industrial’s 360 at Logistics North development.
• Works on the Country Park have already begun totaling approximately £2.3 million which includes the planting of 40,000 trees, the creation of new ecological and drainage ponds, pathways and a brook diversion.
