We look to work with potential occupiers to gain a deep understanding of the business reasons and drivers for their project so that a technical solution and development programme can be optimised accordingly.
Harworth Groups’ core team has extensive experience in the commercial property market and can deliver occupier needs in required timeframes.
We can deliver buildings to the following high-level specification:
- Buildings available on a Design & Build basis
- Full professional team in place to deliver bespoke proposals and requirements
- Ability to deliver a single unit from 10,000 sq. ft to up to 1 million sq. ft
- B2/B8 use
- BREEAM to suit occupational requirements
- Minimum 50 kNm2 floor loadings for all buildings of 10 metres or higher
- 1:10,000 sq. ft dock level loading bay ratio unless otherwise specified
